Just returned from a 1,976-mile road trip up the East Coast to visit family for Thanksgiving...
Happy belated eating to everyone.
I'd been draft blogging over at LiveJournal, which was nice, but it's not the same.
So now I'm filled with some questions I'd conjured up on that smooth (or not-so-smooth in spots) ribbon of interstate 'tween NJ and GA:
How does democracy work for the long run?...seems to me that that right-now beats the love-it-later philosophy everyday.
Why is there still a West Virginia?
